LetterLove is a dating platform that connects people through meaningful written conversations facilitated by AI. The Service includes a website, email-based communication features, and related marketing content on social media platforms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LetterLove. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

LetterLove uses artificial intelligence to facilitate connections between users. AI-generated suggestions and analyses are provided as aids and do not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or the success of any match.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, email providers) for marketing analytics and communication. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetterLove and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Munich, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
